Terms of Service

Last updated: March 20, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding Deadhock to your Discord server or using any of its features, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove the bot from your server.

2. Description of Service

Deadhock is a Discord bot that tracks Deadlock game matches for registered players and posts scoreboard screenshots to Discord channels. The service relies on third-party APIs and may experience downtime or data delays beyond our control.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must have the authority to add bots to the Discord server where you install Deadhock.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that tracking players in your server complies with your server's rules and applicable laws.
  • Do not use the bot to harass, stalk, or monitor players without their knowledge or consent.

4. Data Collection

Deadhock stores Discord server IDs, channel IDs, and Steam IDs necessary for its operation. Match data is retrieved from public APIs and cached temporarily. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Availability

We strive to keep Deadhock available but make no guarantees of uptime. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or circumstances outside our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

Deadhock is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Disclaimer

Deadhock is an independent, community-built project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Valve Corporation or Deadlock in any way. All game-related data is sourced from publicly available APIs.
